About Life Coaching
Christian Life Coaching focuses on what’s happening right now, what a person would like to see next, and how that gap can be bridged, all through the lens of one’s faith journey.
Coaching is about helping people identify the obstacles that keep getting in their way, assisting them with finding motivation and pinpointing any resistance to change.
Cynthia Upton, Catholic Charities Coaching Consultant, is an International Coach Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC), a Certified Christian Life Coach (CLC), and a Certified Grief Coach (CGC).
Our support groups are for anyone seeking Christian encouragement while recovering from and overcoming life's challenges. We are committed to sharing experiences, strengths, and hope with each other in an open and confidential setting.
