About Life Coaching

Christian Life Coaching focuses on what’s happening right now, what a person would like to see next, and how that gap can be bridged, all through the lens of one’s faith journey.

Coaching is about helping people identify the obstacles that keep getting in their way, assisting them with finding motivation and pinpointing any resistance to change.

Cynthia Upton, Catholic Charities Coaching Consultant, is an International Coach Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC), a Certified Christian Life Coach (CLC), and a Certified Grief Coach (CGC).

About Our Vaping/Tobacco Cessation Services

Cynthia Upton, Tobacco Treatment Specialist, and other trained and certified facilitators lead Catholic Charities of Cenla's Cessation Services.

We follow an evidence-based program with an impressive success rate, with approximately 90 percent of people participating in the program cutting back or quitting tobacco altogether. Post-program, for teens who completed the program, outcomes have been shown as better grades, higher motivation, fewer absences, better relationships with teachers, and fewer school tobacco use policy violations.
