Lynn brings a unique blend of professional and life experience to her counseling practice. Her background includes more than 20 years directing youth summer camps throughout New England, where she developed extensive experience working with children, adolescents, families, and individuals from diverse backgrounds. She also served as Campus Minister and Theology teacher at Holy Savior Menard High School in Alexandria, Louisiana, where she accompanied students and adults in their personal, emotional, and spiritual growth.

 

Lynn believes that meaningful change begins with a trusting therapeutic relationship. She strives to create a welcoming, supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to build on their strengths. Her areas of focus include anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), life transitions, relationship and boundary concerns, and conflict resolution. She primarily utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping clients develop healthier thought patterns and practical coping strategies that foster lasting peace and healing.

 

Originally from the suburbs of New York City, Lynn is the youngest of seven siblings and was educated in the Catholic school system. She and her husband have been married for more than 24 years and are the proud parents of three daughters.
